UX lead for a team of 3 designers

PURPOSE - Design an e-solution to track and digitize the marine deliveries and shipping. Improve the internal operating procedures for a seamless delivery and shipping experience

DESIGN SCOPE

  1. Conduct user research to identify user ethnography

  2. Design a solution that works mainly in offline mode as identified in research findings

  3. Lead the design process from concept stage (UX & UI) to developer handover followed by design QA

  4. Design user journey flow and service blueprint to highlight critical improvement areas in service journey

  5. Web app design for multi-platform solution
